What is The Other Way?
The Other Way is a development program designed for system impacted youth. Through mentorship, restorative practices, leadership training, and community engagement, participants build the skills and support networks needed to create positive change in their lives and communities.
The program focuses on personal accountability, healing, leadership development, and creating opportunities for long term success.
